A new drive through COVID testing site is up and running for students and staff of the Appleton School District. Assistant Superintendent Polly Vanden Boogaard says they’re using the parking lot at the Grand Meridian. The testing site is open from seven until four weekdays and officials say it will be here for as long as it’s needed. According to the district’s COVID dashboard, 68 students and 13 staff members have tested positive and are out right now. There’s more than 13 thousand students and over one thousand staff in the district.
