APPLETON, Wis. — A Menasha police officer accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend says he is “not guilty.”
Cristian Morales enters the plea in Outagamie County Court to one count of misconduct in office.
According to the criminal complaint, Morales accessed the Flock traffic camera system to track the woman’s movements in October.
No trial date is set.
