KAUKAUNA, Wis. — Two area contractors are merging.
Keller in Kaukauna announces it has purchased Hoffman Planning & Design of Appleton.
Hoffman will retain its name as a division of Keller after the acquisition.
Hoffman owner Sam Statz will transition to a business development role.
Terms of the sale have not been released.
