OSHKOSH, Wis. — A Neenah man accused of shooting his 11-year-old brother reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Anthony Hendricks is convicted in Winnebago County Court on charges of second-degree reckless injury and maintaining a drug trafficking place.
Hendricks shot another man and his 11-year-old brother during what police believed was an attempted drug robbery in a Bell Street residence back in November of last year.
He faces up to 16 years in prison when sentenced on Sept. 8.
