From Spartan (Oshkosh North) to Cyclone (Iowa State) to King (Sacramento) to Pacer (Indiana) to the Red, White and Blue – Tyrese Haliburton’s basketball passport is punched for Paris, according to multiple outlets, including ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Oshkosh, Wisconsin native and 12th overall selection in the 2020 NBA draft has become a household name in the NBA, but is no stranger to Team USA. Haliburton was a member of the 2019 USA Men’s U19 National Team that secured the gold in Greece, and also played on the 2021 USA Select Team.
The roster features of a mix of Olympic veteran and first-time Olympic talent for head coach Steve Kerr, who hopes to lead Team USA to its fifth consecutive Olympic gold medal.

The lists totals 11, leaving a single roster spot available for Team USA. The 2024 Paris Games begin on July 26th. Per olympics.com, the U.S. men first tip off Sunday, July 28th in Group C against Serbia.
