The Wisconsin National Guard COVID-19 test site in Appleton is up and running. The Appleton North High School parking lot is hosting the facility. Appleton Health Officer Kurt Eggebrecht says they want to target specific people for testing–so as not to overwhelm the site. Those would be people that have coronavirus symptoms and those who have been exposed to positive cases. If classes were to resume at Appleton North High School this fall, the testing site would be moved to a new location.
