Papa Murphy’s Pizza Presents the High School Team of the Week.
The Foxes began the season with back-to-back road wins last week starting with a 9-3 win Thursday (3/28) over Saint Mary Catholic in a game that saw pitcher Syd Birling strikeout 14 batters. FVL followed up that win with a 15-9 victory on Friday (3/29) over Winnebago Lutheran Academy.
The winning school receives a plaque from J & B Trophy, located at 104 East Wisconsin in Appleton. Congratulations to this week’s winner!
